Member's Store Terms & Conditions:

1. The Member's Store is organized by EcoFlow and hosted on the EcoFlow official website. As a member of the EcoFlow Membership program, you are subject to EcoFlow's Terms and Conditions, EcoFlow's Privacy Policy, and the additional terms outlined in these Member's Store Terms.

2. To make a purchase, users are required to register and sign in to their EcoFlow account. Please see our privacy policy to understand how the information you provide us will be used. This program is void where prohibited.

Member's Store Discount

3. All EcoFlow members receive a member's store discount ("discount") on selected items on the Member's Store page.

4. After logging in, there will be a discount available to the customer based on their total spend over the last 90 days on the EcoFlow official website. Total spend excludes taxes, returns and, undelivered products.

5. Different discounts are available for different total spends over the past 90 days.

 · Customers will get a 5% off on top of the daily price of the selected products when the total spend is more than $0 and less than $500.

 · Customers will get an 8% off on top of the daily price of the selected products when the total spend is more than $500 less than $1,000.

 · Customers will get a 10% off on top of the daily price of the selected products when the total spend is more than $1,000 less than $3,000.

 · Customers will get a 12% off on top of the daily price of the selected products when the total spend is more than $3,000.

6. The discounts are only available on Member's Store selections. No such offers are available for other products.

7. Only one discount code can be used per order.

8. The discount code is valid until 23:59 each day, and the customer needs to reclaim a new discount code every other day.

9. The discount can only be used once every month for a maximum of 3 products for every purchase.

10.Member's Store selections can not be combined with promotional campaigns on the Ecoflow's official store

General

1. Participants agree to release and discharge EcoFlow from any liabilities and claims, including breach of contract, tort, negligence, or any other cause of action at law or equity, arising out of or in any way connected to this campaign or the participant's entry into the campaign.

2. Participants further agree to release and discharge any third party related to or connected with this campaign from any liabilities and claims, including breach of contract, tort, negligence, or any other cause of action at law or equity arising out of, or in any way connected to, this campaign or the participant's entry into the campaign.

3. By participating in this campaign, participants agree to indemnify and hold EcoFlow and the EcoFlow Group of Companies, their officers, directors, shareholders, predecessors, successors, employees, agents, and representatives harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from this campaign or related to it in any way.

4. EcoFlow reserves the right to disqualify participants who use or have used improper means to participate in this campaign without prior notice and may initiate legal proceedings to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

5. EcoFlow reserves the right to modify, adjust, or terminate this campaign, with any changes, adjustments, or terminations being announced on the online sales platform.

6. Free shipping is unavailable for outlying areas, including Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska. Please refer to our shipping policy for further information.
