Pre-Order Period The pre-order campaign begins at 00:00 AM, July 15, 2025 PDT, and ends at 11:59 PM, September 10, 2025 PDT. EcoFlow reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time. Eligibility Pre-orders must be placed through an authorized EcoFlow installer partner (see partner list on OCEAN Pro website) during the pre-order period. The customer must pay a non-refundable deposit for OCEAN Pro (amount specified by the installer) to qualify for the pre-order perks. Pre-Order Perks Item For eligible pre-orders, customers will receive a free EcoFlow DELTA 3 Plus Portable Power Station (MSRP $799) or an equivalent product of the same capacity class. Redemption Process The customer pays a non-refundable deposit of OCEAN Pro to authorized installer and receives an order confirmation EcoFlow distributes a digital redemption voucher to the qualified user via email The customer claims their rewards via a link in EDM connected to OCEAN Pro's official website EcoFlow processes and ships (shipping fee included) the reward directly to the customer's address via standard delivery. Shipping and After-sale Service Shipment processing time All rewards are processed within 3-5 business days. The estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will be updated within 48 hours. If your tracking information has not been updated within 10 business days, please contact solutionservice.na@ecoflow.com. Shipment Carriers Our current primary shipping carriers are USPS and FedEx. You can contact FedEx: 1-800-463-3339 or USPS: 1-800-275-8777 for further shipping information. Shipping areas EcoFlow orders are shipped to the contiguous United States (does not include outlying islands and overseas territories). Shipping Information Please make sure all the shipping information you provide to us is correct. We are not responsible for any losses, including missing parcels, package damage, losses as a result of delay, and other losses caused by incorrect shipping information that customers have provided. We do not ship to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Damages If you received your order damaged, please contact EcoFlow Support within 7 business days at solutionservice.na@ecoflow.com. We are not responsible for any losses, including missing parcels, package damage, losses due to the delay, and other losses caused by the shipping carrier. However, we will help you contact the responsible shipping carrier. Please save all packing and the damaged goods as they may be required to file a claim against the shipping carrier. International charges apply if calling from outside of the US) Limitations One reward per system installed, the rewards are non-transferable. The rewards are limited to the first 1,000 EcoFlow-qualified orders placed during the promotion period, and will be given on a "first come, first serve" basis. The voucher is valid until 11:59 PM, December 31, 2025 PST from issuance. The customer needs to redeem the reward before the voucher expires, once expired, the voucher cannot be exchanged for the rewarded item, other items, gift cards of any kind or cash. The Shipping delays may occur due to inventory or logistical factors. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds All pre-order deposits are non-refundable, pre-order perks items cannot be returned unless damaged. The rewards cannot be exchanged for other items, gift cards of any kind or cash. If the items are damaged upon arrival, please contact EcoFlow Support within 7 business days at solutionservice.na@ecoflow.com. If the chosen reward is not available, EcoFlow may substitute an item of equal value. General Terms EcoFlow reserves the right to amend these terms or disqualify fraudulent orders.
