If your house panel is already connected to a rooftop solar system (AC Coupling) through an inverter that links to a dedicated breaker, it is compatible with our Smart Home Panel 2.
Please be aware that in the event the grid fails, the AC coupling system will also cease to function because it relies on detecting the electrical signal from the grid. When the grid is
operational, the solar system can supply power to the Delta Pro Ultra, treating it as a load.

What if my house panel is already connected to a rooftop solar system?

No. EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra won't affect NEM 2.0. It cannot be connected to NEM 2.0 rooftop photovoltaic systems, so a new system would need to be installed.

Will installing EcoFlow Smart Home Panel 2 and EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra affect NEM 2.0?

Battery Connection Box: NEMA Type 1 electrical enclosure; safe for indoor installation (equivalent to IP10).
Distribution Panel: NEMA 3R standards can be installed indoors and outside (equivalent to IP14).

What is the Smart Home Panel 2 weather-protection level?

EcoFlow Smart Home Panel 2's installation time may vary depending on the scope of work required and the current configuration of the circuits in your home. For most homes, EcoFlow Smart Home Panel 2 installs in 3-8 hours, which is similar to replacing a standard distribution box.

How long does it take to install EcoFlow Smart Home Panel 2?

Smart Home Panel 2 can support two-phase electrical output but cannot achieve three-phase.

Does the Smart Home Panel 2 offer three-phase electrical power like the German electrical grid?

EcoFlow Smart Home Panel 2 can connect to EcoFlow DELTA Pro and EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra. Up to 3 EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra Inverters can connect to EcoFlow Smart Home Panel 2, each inverter allowing for 5 batteries. A total of 2 EcoFlow DELTA Pro, with 2 Smart Extra Batteries per unit, can connect to the EcoFlow Smart Home Panel 2 using the EcoFlow Double Voltage Hub.

How many EcoFlow DELTA Pro/EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra units are supported by EcoFlow Smart Home Panel 2?

The Smart Home Panel automated timing feature is still available. Smart Home Panel 2 can only achieve a full mains or energy storage power supply for a circuit, and this is based on North American distribution panels.

Why doesn't Smart Home Panel 2 have the same automation features as Smart Home Panel? Why can't we take one circuit on grid while taking another off the grid?

EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra connects with Smart Home Panel 2 using an  EcoFlow Power Input/Output Cable (5 + 8). If additional cables are needed, they can be purchased on the official online store.

How to connect EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra with Smart Home Panel 2?

Smart Home Panel 2 can manage up to 12 × 120V circuits or 6 × 240V circuits and can be selected according to different needs.
