The Early Bird Price is available only from Sep 29, 2025 (PDT) to Oct 12, 2025 (PDT) (hereinafter referred to as the 'Period'). Purchases made outside this period will not be eligible for the Early Bird Price.
2. Eligibility Criteria
a. Entrants must be aged 18(eighteen) or over as of the Opening Date at Sep 29, 2025 (PDT) and residing in the United States.
b. In participating in this Promotion, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any rewards/prizes/gits/credits etc. We may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to make a claim as well as proof of your identity.

e. Free Gift Eligibility
i. Each purchase of any eligible new product or product bundle listed above during the Period qualifies for one corresponding free gift.
ii. Customers will receive the promotional gift with every eligible purchase made within the Period, without limitation on the number of orders or quantities purchased.
f. Free gift given during the Promotion Period is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-upgradable, and cannot be substituted for any other item, cash or credit.
g. Free gift is only available on order placed on the Ecoflow online store at us.ecoflow.com.
h. The gift offer may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion that we run on our website, unless otherwise stated.
i. If you request a refund, it will be processed based on the actual payment amount. If you receive a free gift, it must be returned for the refund to be processed. Any free gift included with your order must be returned in its original condition if the main product is returned. If the gift is not returned or is returned damaged, its value will be deducted from the refund amount.
4. Trade-In Program
Customers may receive up to a $1,000 EcoFlow Gift Card through the trade-in program. Full details, including eligibility and redemption process, can be found at EcoFlow Trade-In. By participating, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the trade-in terms available at https://www.ecoflow.com/us/trade-in. EcoFlow is not responsible for any issues arising from failure to read or comply with the trade-in terms.
5. Double EcoCredits
a. During the Period (Sep 29–Oct 12, PDT), members who purchase New Product from us.ecoflow.com will receive 2X EcoCredits. After order completion and delivery of goods, additional EcoCredits will be credited to the participant's account.
b. The number of EcoCredits awarded will be calculated based on the actual transaction amount paid by the member (i.e. the member price after any discounts have been applied) . However, if a return occurs, the corresponding EcoCredits will be deducted from the participant's account.
6. 30-Day Price Match Guarantee
a. Orders placed on us.ecoflow.com between Sep 29 and Oct 12, 2025, are eligible for a 30-day price match guarantee.
b. If a lower price is found on us.ecoflow.com within 30 days of the order date (excluding flash sale and member price items), participants can contact support@ecoflow.com for a price adjustment.
c. This Price Guarantee applies to purchases from us.ecoflow.com only. Lower price must be for identical product on us.ecoflow.com.
d. This price-match does not apply to marketplace resellers, financing offers, coupons, gift card offers, bundles, free items, customizable configurations, specialty products, pricing errors, service and installation offers, items advertised as limited-quantities, out-of-stoock items, deal-of-the-day, flash sales, closeouts, discontinued, clearance, final sale or any paid membership club offers.

b. Delivery service is unavailable for orders shipped to Guam, island regions, the Virgin Island, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, or Alaska. Please refer to our shipping policy for more details.
c. EcoFlow reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time, as permitted by applicable law. We also reserve the right to exclude any customer from the promotion in cases of fraud or abuse.
d. Participants agree to be bound by these terms and understand that EcoFlow’s decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals regarding the promotion will be entertained. EcoFlow reserves the right to make final interpretations regarding this promotion.
e. During the promotion, all orders must comply with EcoFlow's purchase agreement and return policy.
This promotion is not available for wholesale or distributor orders.
f. Unauthorized or fraudulent activities will result in disqualification from the promotion.
g. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
h. All gifts in this promotion are limited in quantity and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Any issues not covered in these terms will be subject to EcoFlow's final interpretation.
i. EcoFlow is not responsible for delays caused by reasons beyond its control, including, but not limited to, network transmission failures.
j. EcoFlow is not liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages incurred by either party (including participants) due to actions or negligence related to the promotion.
