EcoFlow PowerRock 4000 is an Industrial Portable Power Station designed for professional applications, including construction, events, film production and emergency response. The product's power interfaces include: two 16A European standard waterproof sockets, one C20 AC input socket, and one XT150 Alternator Charger input port. The user interface includes: a power button and a 2.4-inch color screen, as shown in the diagram below: The power button has the functions of powering on the entire device (AC is on by default after powering on) and resetting Bluetooth and WiFi.

PowerRock 4000 is IP65-rated, providing complete protection against brief exposure to rain, splashes, or water jets from a tap while powered off. Do not operate the unit in the rain, clean it with a high-pressure washer, or submerge it in water. After exposure to water, ensure the unit and all its ports are completely dry before powering it on.
Long-term storage in an exposed outdoor environment is not recommended. Store the unit in a dry, sheltered, and well-ventilated location at a temperature between -10°C and 45°C. Avoid prolonged exposure to rain, standing water, direct sunlight, or extreme temperatures.
Yes. PowerRock 4000 features two AC output sockets, and additional devices may be connected using a compliant power strip. The combined continuous load of all connected devices must not exceed 4 kW. For equipment requiring higher starting power, PowerRock 4000 can provide up to 10 kW of peak power. Ensure that all power strips, cables, and connected devices comply with applicable electrical safety requirements.
PowerRock 4000 offers tiered peak output capabilities: 10kW peak output for 20 ms; 9kW peak output for 10 seconds; 7.2kW peak output for up to 100 seconds at 25℃ ambient temperature, and up to 60 seconds at 35℃ ambient temperature. The 7.2kW output is specifically designed to support a welding machine through a complete weld using one welding rod. Actual duration may vary depending on ambient temperature, load, and device condition. The rated continuous output power is 4kW.
The product supports AC mains power, vehicle alternator, and generator charging. AC charging reaches 80% in 49 minutes and 100% in 60 minutes. Solar charging is not supported.
PowerRock is equipped with comprehensive protection systems, including overvoltage, overload, over-temperature, short circuit, low-temperature, undervoltage, and overcurrent protection. The product features a built-in Residual Current Device (RCD) for leakage current detection and protection. To ensure it functions properly, please enable Grounding Mode in the app and use a plug with a reliable ground connection, such as CEE 7/4 or CEE 7/7.
Yes. You can connect two units via their AC input and output ports. The units will discharge sequentially to provide extended runtime. Please note: Connecting multiple units does not increase the total output power.
The PowerRock has a battery capacity of 3 kWh, a rated continuous output of 4 kW, and a peak power rating of 7.2 kW for 100 seconds, 9 kW for 10 seconds, and 10 kW for 20 ms. Please refer to the spec sheet for detailed specifications.
PowerRock is covered by a 3-year warranty commencing from the original date of purchase. The warranty applies to performance malfunctions attributable to non-human factors under normal use conditions, including defects in materials or workmanship.
The warranty period commences from the earlier of the product delivery date or the original purchase date. Please retain your purchase invoice, electronic order confirmation, or proof of delivery, as these documents will serve as the basis for determining the start date of the warranty. In the absence of a valid proof of purchase, the warranty period will be calculated from the manufacturing date indicated by the product's serial number, subject to final verification by our customer service.
