- Product Introduction
The contents vary by model: 120V model: Smart Home Panel 10 single-phase unit, mounting template, screws with wall anchors, and circuit directory labels. 240V model: Smart Home Panel 10 split-phase unit, mounting template, CT clamps, breaker handle ties, screws with wall anchors, and circuit directory labels.
Smart Home Panel 2 works with the DELTA Pro series and provides backup power for selected circuits only. Its branch circuits support AFCI/GFCI protection. Smart Home Panel 10 (240V) works with the TITAN series and includes 10 built-in circuit breakers, CT sensors (240V only), and AC coupling support (240V only). It provides backup power for selected circuits and can also supply power to circuits throughout the home. It does not provide AFCI/GFCI protection.
We do not recommend it. The included CT clamps are rated at 200A/50mA with 0.5% accuracy and must meet UL 2808 certification requirements. Third-party current transformers that have not been verified by EcoFlow may affect monitoring accuracy, cause system issues, or introduce other risks. If a clamp is lost or damaged, contact EcoFlow Support or purchase the EcoFlow Current Sense Transformer (200A, 2-Pack) from the EcoFlow website: https://us.ecoflow.com/products/current-sense-transformer-200a?variant=54714836320329
Yes. Charging through Smart Home Panel 10 is limited by both the charging circuit's current limit—80% of the breaker's rated current—and the power station's maximum charging power. The actual charging rate is determined by whichever limit is reached first.
No. Smart Home Panel 10 is a smart subpanel that must be installed downstream of your existing main electrical panel. It has no independent utility service connection, draws power for its charging circuit from the main panel, and manages only the circuits selected for backup. Your main panel continues to distribute and protect the home's incoming power. Smart Home Panel 10 adds automatic backup switching and load management downstream.
Yes. Smart Home Panel 10 supports both 120/240V split-phase residential service and 208Y/120V three-wire commercial service derived from a three-phase, four-wire system. Your electrician must identify the appropriate hot wires and connect them according to the Installation Guide. Select the matching voltage in the EcoFlow app under Home Settings > Grid Settings.
Yes. Smart Home Panel 10 supports a 20 ms switchover to backup power to keep connected appliances running, provided all of the following conditions are met: • A TITAN series portable power station is connected. • EPS mode is enabled. • The utility and backup power connections for each load circuit are on matching phases.
The included cables are 1.2 m long. If an extension is needed, use the wire size marked on the cable.
No. Smart Home Panel 10 supports 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi only.
120V model: 120V, 60Hz, with line, neutral, and protective ground (L/N/PE). 240V model: 120/240V or 208Y/120V, 60Hz, with two lines, neutral, and protective ground (L1/L2/N/PE).
Operating temperature: 14°F to 113°F (-10°C to 45°C). Storage temperature: -22°F to 158°F (-30°C to 70°C). Operating humidity: up to 85% relative humidity, condensing.
Smart Home Panel 10 connects to one TITAN series portable power station. The power station can be expanded with up to five extra batteries.
No. Rooftop solar cannot be connected to a Smart Home Panel 10 branch circuit. However, the 240V split-phase model can detect and use excess rooftop solar power through the included CT clamps. The clamps must be placed around the L1 and L2 utility service conductors, with their signal wires connected to the matching CT-L1 and CT-L2 terminals on Smart Home Panel 10.
The branch circuit configuration varies by model: 120V single-phase model: 10 circuits—one 30A circuit, one 20A circuit, and eight 15A circuits. 240V split-phase model: one 30A double-pole circuit, one 20A double-pole circuit, two 20A circuits, and four 15A circuits.
No. Smart Home Panel 10 is rated IP20 and is not waterproof. It must be installed indoors.
Smart Home Panel 10 comes with a 5-year warranty. For full details, visit EcoFlow's Warranty Policy: https://us.ecoflow.com/pages/warranty-policy
