Please note that certain information, including your Account (email address) and User ID, serves as essential account identifiers required for us to provide the Services and therefore cannot be deleted separately while your account remains active. If you would like to permanently delete all personal data associated with your account, you can do so by deleting your account using the self-service options below.

Delete Your Account

Registered users can delete their account directly through the EcoFlow App or website.

2. EcoFlow App:

Profile → Delete Account
