EcoCredits Appreciation Week T&Cs The EcoCredits Appreciation Week runs from 16 January, 9:00 AM to 30 January, 23:59. EcoFlow reserves the right to shorten or extend the Campaign Period at its sole discretion without prior notice. Eligibility The sale is open to all users on za.ecoflow.com who are citizens of South Africa and 18 years old or above as of 9:00 AM on 16 January 2024 ("participant(s)"). Multiple EcoCredits 1. During the event, Members can earn 2× EcoCredits, and PLUS Members can earn 3× EcoCredits with any order made on the official EcoFlow website. 2. Participants must log into their EcoCredits account and ensure it matches the email address used for the order. If you haven’t registered, you can sign up for a free account. 3. If a return is initiated, the awarded EcoCredits will be withdrawn. Referral Programme 1. From 16 January 2025 to 30 January 2025, successful referrals of new users who place an order on za.ecoflow.com with a minimum first order amount of R5,999 will earn the referrer a 5% cashback. 2. Referees who place a qualifying first order will receive a 10% discount coupon, which cannot be combined with any other discount codes from the promotion page. 3. This offer cannot be stacked with discount codes from the event page. 4. The top three referrers will be awarded the following: 1st place: DELTA 2 2nd place: RIVER 2 3rd place: 110W Solar Panel 5. This programme follows the terms outlined in the EcoFlow Referral Programme. Exclusive Member Prices for Special Products 1. During the event, participants who register as members or log in will unlock exclusive prices for special products. 2. Member-exclusive prices for special products are available in limited quantities during the event period. General 1. Participants agree to release and discharge EcoFlow from any liabilities and claims, including breach of contract, tort, negligence, or any other cause of action arising from or connected to this campaign or their participation in it. 2. Participants also release and discharge any third party associated with this campaign from similar liabilities or claims. 3. Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless EcoFlow and its group of companies, officers, directors, employees, and representatives from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) related to this campaign. 4. EcoFlow reserves the right to disqualify participants who use improper means to participate in this campaign and may pursue legal action to the fullest extent permitted by law. 5. EcoFlow reserves the right to modify, adjust, or terminate this campaign. Any changes will be announced on the online sales platform. 6.
