EcoFlow South Africa — EcoCredits Appreciation Week (January 2026) Terms & Conditions
1. Campaign Duration
The EcoCredits Appreciation Week (“Campaign”) runs from 19 January 2026, 9:00 AM (SAST) to 25 January 2026, 11:59 PM (SAST).
EcoFlow reserves the right to modify, shorten, extend, or terminate the Campaign for valid reasons (including but not limited to technical errors, stock constraints, or force majeure) where legally permissible. Where possible, customers will be informed in advance.
2. Eligibility
This promotion is open to customers aged 18 or above residing in South Africa as of 19 January 2026.
3. Availability & Sales
ChannelCampaign offers are valid exclusively on za.ecoflow.com. Purchases made via other websites, third-party marketplaces, retailers, or offline channels are not eligible.
4. Member Discount on Select Items
- During the Campaign, EcoFlow members may receive additional member-exclusive discounts on select items.
- When customers are logged into their EcoFlow account, the member discount will appear as a reduced “member price” on eligible products.
- The member discount cannot be combined with any other discounts, coupon codes, or EcoCredits redemptions (deductions).
5. Multiple EcoCredits
During the campaign, customers earn multiplied EcoCredits on member purchases:
- Standard Members: 2× EcoCredits. (earn 2 EcoCredits for every R20 spent)
- PLUS Members: 2.5× EcoCredits. (earn 2.5 EcoCredits for every R20 spent)
Please note:
- EcoCredits are automatically credited to the customer’s EcoFlow account within 7 days of the completed purchase.
- Accumulated EcoCredits may qualify customers for PLUS membership benefits.
- EcoCredits are subject to EcoFlow Membership Program Terms & Conditions.
- EcoCredits are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be revoked in cases of refund or cancellation.
Please Note:
- Customers must log into their EcoFlow account using the same email used to place the order.
- If a customer hasn’t registered yet, they can sign up for a free account.
- If a return is initiated, the awarded EcoCredits will be withdrawn.

General Conditions
- All offers are available only while supplies last.
- If an order is canceled or returned, EcoFlow reserves the right to revoke any associated discount, EcoCredits, or free gift.
- Promotions are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may not be applied retroactively to past purchases.
- The promotional gift for each campaign is non-transferable and cannot be substituted for any other item, cash, or credit.
- Placing an order for multiple items does not entitle you to more than one promotional gift.
- Promotional gifts are only available on orders placed on the EcoFlow online store at www.za.ecoflow.com.
- If a customer wishes to return an order or item that qualified for a gift with purchase, the transaction can only be refunded if the gift with purchase is also returned.
- All promotional gift(s) with purchase are on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
- The promotional gift offer may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion that we run on our website, unless otherwise stated.
- EcoFlow reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions of this promotion at any time without prior notice.
- EcoFlow reserves the right to decide on any dispute arising from or in connection with the promotion.
- We reserve the right to cancel or limit any purchase or offer redemption made: contrary to the terms of each offer, discount, promotion, or coupon; not in compliance with our Terms of Use; in violation of applicable law; or where we believe the transaction is fraudulent or made through improper channels.
- There may be certain orders that we are either unable to accept or must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
- EcoFlow is not responsible for inaccuracies, typographical errors, or omissions relating to pricing, product information, or availability.
