Promotional Period

The EcoFlow ”More Backup. Total Protection“ promotion (hereinafter referred to as the 'Promotion Period') begins at 12:00 AM PDT on Sep 1, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM PDT on Sep 14, 2025.

Eligibility

This promotion is available to all Canada residents with a valid shipping address in continental Canada (Offers are not valid in Northwest Territories, Nunavut, or Yukon.) who are 18 years or older as of Sep 1, 2025 (hereinafter being referred to as "Participants").

EcoCredits Spin-to-Win

1.This Spin‑to‑Win activity is open to registered EcoFlow Points members with a valid account on ca.ecoflow.com. Participants must have sufficient EcoCredits to participate, with 1,000 EcoCredits required for each spin, and each participant may spin up to two (2) times per day per email address.

2.Members can use their EcoCredits to spin the prize wheel during the Promotion Period. Once initiated, spins cannot be canceled or refunded. The EcoCredits used will not be returned regardless of the outcome.

3.All spin-to-win prizes are awarded randomly and are limited in quantity. During the Promotion Period (Sep 1–14, PDT), available prizes include:
TRAIL 300 DC (288Wh): 1 unit, valued at $349.99 CAD, with a winning probability of 0.02%.
RAPID Pro (27,650mAh): 1 unit, valued at $249.99 CAD, with a winning probability of 0.02%.
160W Solar Panel: 1 unit, valued at $599 CAD, with a winning probability of 0.02%.
220W Solar Panel: 1 unit, valued at $899 CAD, with a winning probability of 0.02%.
10% Off Solar Panel and Extra Battery Coupon: 200 units, with a winning probability of 3.84%; valid for use on solar panels and extra batteries only.
5% Off Coupon: 5,000 units, with a winning probability of 96.08%; not applicable to flash sale items, recommended accessories, power kits, gift cards, app-only items, or members-only products.
    Prizes are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. EcoFlow reserves the right to make the final interpretation of this promotion.

4.All physical prizes are subject to stock availability and are limited to the quantities listed in Clause c. Once the total number of prize claims exceeds the limits specified, a 5% off coupon code will be issued as a replacement. Coupon rewards are subject to separate coupon terms and conditions (see Coupon Terms). EcoFlow reserves the right to replace any prize with an item of equal or greater value without prior notice.

5.Physical prizes will be placed in the winner's account in the form of a coupon. After applying the coupon, the member can purchase the product at a price of USD 0. Ensure your account information is complete and accurate to avoid delivery issues. Prizes (including coupons and EcoCredits) are non‑transferable, non‑exchangeable, non‑refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

6.Prize Redemption Period:Winners must respond within 30 days to claim their prize.Failure to respond within the stipulated time will result in disqualification.

7.Each spin is considered final. EcoFlow is not responsible for any network issues, system errors, or other technical problems that affect participation. Any suspected fraud, abuse, or manipulation of the activity will result in disqualification. EcoFlow reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the activity at any time, as permitted by law. By participating, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and EcoFlow’s final interpretation of the activity.
