1. EcoCredits Monthly Madness runs from March 27, 2025, 12 AM (PDT) to March 31, 2024, 11:59 PM (PDT).

2. To receive the latest information about EcoCredits Monthly Madness, you can enter your email address on the EcoCredits Monthly Madness page. By doing so, you agree to our email marketing terms and conditions and subscribe to our emails for notifications.

Multiple EcoCredits

1. When purchasing products on the EcoCredits Monthly Madness page, you can enjoy 2x EcoCredits for Members, 3x EcoCredits for PLUS Members (excluding Flash Sale products).

2. You must log into your EcoCredits account first and ensure it's the same email as the one you placed an order with. If you haven't registered yet, you can sign up for a free account here.

3. Any product that is returned or any order that is canceled will reverse or decrease the EcoCredits you received from that purchase. EcoCredits would be deducted for partial refunds caused by price adjustments.

Discounts

1. During EcoCredits Monthly Madness Period, customers with orders valued at over $2,500(pre-tax subtotal) will receive a 5% discount.

2. One discount per order. Non-stackable with Flash Sale items.

3. Discounts during the Promotion are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be converted to cash.

4. According to EcoFlow’s return policy (https://ca.ecoflow.com/pages/ecoflow-return-policy), orders placed during the Promotional Period are refundable based on the actual payment amount.

Exclusive Flash Sale

1. EcoFlow will release Flash Sale items during EcoCredits Monthly Madness from March 27, 2025, 9 AM (PDT), to March 27, 2025, 9 PM (PDT) and March 29, 2025, 9 AM (PDT), to March 29, 2025, 9 PM (PDT).

2. You must log in to unlock Flash Sale deals.

3. Flash Sale products are only available for 12 hours in limited quantities. If the Flash Sale products are not sold out within 12 hours during the Flash Sale period, the Flash Sale will end, and no price guarantee service will be provided.

   a. Each person is limited to one EcoCredits Flash Sale purchase.

   b. Coupon codes can not be applied to any Flash Sale products.

   c. The EcoCredits earned during the EcoCredits Flash Sale will be added to the purchasing customers' account by 11:59 PM, March 31.

   d. Any order that is canceled will reverse or decrease the EcoCredits you received from that purchase. EcoCredits would be deducted for partial refunds caused by price adjustments.

Lucky Spin

1. The Lucky Spin event will run from March 27, 2025, 12 AM (PDT) to March 31, 2025, 11:59 PM (PDT).

2. To participate in the Lucky Spin event, you must:

   a. Have an EcoFlow member account.

   b. Be over 18 years old.

   c. Be a legal resident of Canada.

3. EcoFlow reserves the right to disqualify any participant at any time if they fail to comply with the terms and conditions.Each spin costs 500 EcoCredits from the participant's EcoFlow member account. Each EcoFlow ID is limited to a maximum of two spins per day (PDT). Information about the event's progress and win rates will not be disclosed due to its dynamic nature. Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. Prizes will only be shipped to addresses within Canada. Prize redemption is subject to the specific terms and conditions of each prize.

4. All prizes, including EcoCredits, coupons, and physical items, are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash. If any prize is awarded to a participant who provided false or incorrect information, EcoFlow reserves the right to disqualify the participant and revoke the prize.

5. EcoFlow reserves the right to revise, modify, or waive the Lucky Spin terms and conditions at any time at its sole discretion. EcoCredits used for the Lucky Spin are non-refundable and non-transferable. These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice, and changes will take effect immediately. EcoFlow reserves the right to modify or terminate the Lucky Spin event at any time, whether temporarily or permanently. By participating, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, and EcoFlow’s decisions are final and binding. In case of any conflict between the Lucky Spin terms and the EcoCredits Monthly Madness terms, the Lucky Spin terms will prevail.

Redeeming EcoCredits Rewards

1. A limited number of EcoFlow merchandise will be available to purchase using EcoCredits during the sale.

2. All rewards, including coupons and physical items, are non-transferable, non-redeemable, and non-refundable.

3. Specific rules for collection and usage apply. Please refer to the guidelines detailed on the coupon or gift page.

4. Rewards cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged after redeeming EcoCredits.

General

1. Participants agree to release and discharge EcoFlow from any liabilities and claims, including breach of contract, tort, negligence, or any other cause of action at law or equity, arising out of or in any way connected to this campaign or the participant's entry into the campaign.

2. Participants further agree to release and discharge any third party related to or connected with this campaign from any liabilities and claims, including breach of contract, tort, negligence, or any other cause of action at law or equity arising out of, or in any way connected to, this campaign or the participant's entry into the campaign.

3. By participating in this campaign, participants agree to indemnify and hold EcoFlow and the EcoFlow Group of Companies, their officers, directors, shareholders, predecessors, successors, employees, agents, and representatives harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from this campaign or related to it in any way.

4. EcoFlow reserves the right to disqualify participants who use or have used improper means to participate in this campaign without prior notice and may initiate legal proceedings to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

5. EcoFlow reserves the right to modify, adjust, or terminate this campaign, with any changes, adjustments, or terminations being announced on the online sales platform.
