1. Promotional Period
The EcoFlow Members' Festival Sale promotion (hereinafter referrred to as the 'Promotion Period') begins at 12:00 AM PDT on April 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM PDT on April 7, 2026.

2. Eligibility
This promotion is available to all Canadian residents with a valid shipping address in continental Canada (Offers are not valid in Northwest Territories, Nunavut, or Yukon.who are 18 years or older as of April 1, 2026 (hereinafter referred to as "Participants").

3. Membership Benefits
A.Earn EcoCredits for Registration
i. Users who register and log in for the first time will receive 500 EcoCredits.
B. First-time Subscription Benefits
All subscribing users will receive a coupon package including:
(1) 5% off eligible products; and
(2) up to $1,000 off orders of $10,000 or more.
Notably, the discount codes included in the package shall not be stackable for combined use (additional terms and conditions will be provided in the subscription confirmation email). These benefits are non-transferable and can not be substituted for any other item, cash, or credit.
C. Subscription Spin-to-Win Activity
• Eligibility
This Subscription Spin-to-Win Activity is open to users who have completed the official designated subscription of EcoFlow (e.g., official email list, member subscription service) and hold a valid account on ca.EcoFlow.com.
Participants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of participation.
Subscription and creation or maintenance of an account are free of charge. No purchase or payment necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
• Participation Method
i. Participation Requirement: After users complete the designated subscription process and pass system verification, they will receive one free spin of the prize wheel. Whether additional spins can be obtained through other methods during the activity period shall be subject to the real-time prompts on the activity page.
ii. Operation Rules: Each individual, valid account, and subscribed email may only participate in one basic spin (additional spins excluded). Only the first prize won will be counted. Participation via multiple accounts or email addresses will result in disqualification. Once a spin isinitiated, it cannot be canceled or withdrawn, and the system will display the winning result in real time.
• Prize Pool Settings
The quantity and details of prizes in the activity prize pool are as follows. All prizes are randomly selected, and the winning probability isbased on prize inventory and the number of participants. Specific details shall be subject to the system display when participating in the activity:

TRAIL 200 DC: 1 unit, valued at $159 CAD, physical prize

220W Solar Panel: 2 units, valued at $429 CAD, physical prize

$100 E-Gift Card: 10 cards, face value of $100 CAD, no minimum order value requirement

$200 E-Gift Card: 5 cards, face value of $200 CAD, no minimum order value requirement

$60 OFF Coupon: minimum order value requirement of $1,000 CAD, cannot be used in conjunction with other discount coupons

$30 OFF Coupon: minimum order value requirement of $600 CAD, cannot be used in conjunction with other discount coupons

• Activity Rules
i. Prize Distribution:
Physical Prizes (TRAIL 200 DC, 220W Solar Panel): After winning, the users will receive a coupon code in their email. Users must redeem the prize by placing an order and applying the coupon code at checkout within its validity period (expires on April 29, 2026). If not redeemed within this period, it will be deemed invalid. Please ensure that the delivery address, contact information, and other account details are complete and accurate to ensure smooth delivery.
Gift Cards: After winning, the users will receive a Gift Card code in their email-the Gift Card expires on January 16, 2027. Gift cards are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and no change will be given.
Discount Coupons: After winning, the users will receive a coupon code in their email. The coupon expires on April, 29, 2026. The validity period and applicable scope are subject to the instructions on the coupon. Unused coupons will expire automatically after the validity period.
ii. Prize Restrictions: All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. No installation service is provided for physical prizes, and after-salesservice follows EcoFlow's official standards. Gift cards and coupons may not be used in combinatioon on a single order and are not applicable to Flash Sale items, Recommended accessories, Power Kits, Gift cards, APP-only selections, or other excluded products, as determined by EcoFlow.
iii. Prize Substitution: If the inventory of physical prizes in the prize pool is insufficient, EcoFlow reserves the right to replace them with products of equal or higher value without prior notice. If gift cards or discount coupons cannot be issued due to system reasons, equivalent prizes will be provided as a substitute.
iv. Result Explanation: Each spin result is randomly generated by the system and cannot be modified once confirmed. If a spin fails due to technical issues such as network delayor equipment failure, users can try again after the issue is resolved, and no additional participation opportunities will be deducted
v. Final Terms: To the extent permitted by law, EcoFlow reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this activity and holds the final interpretation right of the activity rules. Participation in this activity indicates that the user agrees to abide by these terms and otheractivity-related regulations issued by EcoFlow officially.

4. Coupon terms
A. Only one coupon can be used on an order. Coupons are valid for all products, excluding Flash Sale items, Recommended accessories, Power Kits, Gift cards, APP-only selections.
Coupons are only valid for a limited amount of time 12:00 AM PDT on April 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM PDT on April 7, 2026) and while supplies last.
B. Coupons may be combined with "Free Gift Order" promotions when the order meets the qualifying threshold.Except as expressly provided herein, coupons may not be combined with any other offers or discounts.
C. To redeem an online coupon, enter the coupon code at checkout Customers can choose to apply a coupon, purchase-related discounts, or other available offers, but purchase-related discounts will no longer apply when another discount is applied at checkout. Coupons may not be combined with any other offers or discounts.
D. Coupons are valid only for Canadian customers and may only be used on ca.EcoFlow.com.
E. Coupons are for one-time use only, are not transferable, are not for resale or auction, and cannot be substituted for any other item, cash, or credit.
F. Once a coupon has been successfully redeemed, it cannot be removed, reinstated, reissued, or redeemed for cash.
G. If you return any of the items purchased with a coupon, the coupon discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit.
H. Coupons are void where restricted or prohibited by law.

B. Delivery service is unavailable for orders shipped to Northwest Territories, Nunavut, or Yukon. Please refer to our shipping policy for more details.
C. EcoFlow reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time, as permitted by applicable law.
D. By participating, participants agree to be bound by these terms and by EcoFlow’s decisions, which shall be final and binding, subject to applicable law.
E. During the promotion, all orders must comply with EcoFlow's purchase agreement and return policy. This promotion is not available for wholesale or distributor orders.
F. Unauthorized or fraudulent activities will result in disqualification from the promotion.
G. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs or expenses associated with the acceptance and use of any prize.
H. Any issues not covered in these terms will be subject to EcoFlow's final interpretation, subject to applicable law.
I. EcoFlow is not responsible for delays caused by reasons beyond its control, including, but not limited to, network transmission failures.
J. To the extent permitted by applicable law, EcoFlow is not liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages incurred by either party (including participants) due to actions or negligence related to the promotion. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
K. Participants agree to release EcoFlow from any claims, including those arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, or other legal or equitable causes related to participation in the promotion, except for liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
L. There may be certain orders that we are either unable to accept or must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. We are not responsible for inaccuracies or errors.
M. To the extent permitted by applicable law, EcoFlow reserves the right to decide on any dispute arising from or in connection with the promotion.
N. To the extent permitted by applicable law, We reserve the right to cancel or limit any purchase or offer redemption made
1) contrary to the terms of each offer, discount, promotion or coupon;
2) that otherwise is not in compliance with our Terms of Use;
3) that violates any applicable law; or
4) that we believe is fraudulent or made through improper channels.
