We are aware of fraudulent activities by individuals or organizations falsely claiming to represent EcoFlow. These scams may involve fake websites, social media accounts, emails, or text messages using EcoFlow’s name or logo without authorization.
Legitimate information about EcoFlow can always be found on our official Contact Us page.
How to recognize fraudulent activity:
Emails from domains not affiliated with EcoFlow (e.g., @yahoo.com, @gmail.com) or domains that mimic but differ from our official domain (e.g., @ecofllow). All legitimate EcoFlow email addresses end with @ecoflow.com.
Messages that appear official but ask you to transfer payments to a different and unverified account.
Suspicious emails or calls requesting you to respond, click on links, or open attachments.
If you suspect fraud, contact your local law enforcement.
U.S. residents: Report to the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Centre.
Canadian residents: Report to the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre.
U.K. residents: Report to the Action Fraud.
EU residents: Report to OLAF.
