Prices

 Prices are in United Kingdom Pounds (GBP), inclusive of VAT at the current rate.

Ordering and Payment
We take payment at the time of order, not necessarily the time of despatch. This is to ensure your information is handled safely. Payments are processed securely and no card details are stored on our server. No order is accepted by us until it has been checked and approved. If there is a problem we will email you within three working days.

If your order is placed before 12 noon Monday to Friday, it will be despatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will be despatched the following working day.

Tax
The purchaser may incur additional import duties and custom charges levied by local customs against orders dispatched to addresses outside The United Kingdom. These are levied at the port of ingress on a consignment-by-consignment basis and we cannot predict if they will be charged or influence if and how they may be levied.

Delivery
We will endeavour to deliver goods promptly but accept no liability for delay for any cause.

Returns, Size Exchanges and Cancellations

We want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer you our 90 Day Performance Guarantee.

• 90 Day Performance Guarantee: Simply return your purchases to us with within 90 days of receipt, with your order confirmation email clearly stating that you would like a refund. We will then reimburse the f ull value of the returned goods minus a 15% handling charge (except our Motoflow, Thermoflow and H2 Flow products where you will receive 100% refund). The cost of returning goods to us for refund is the responsibility of the purchaser.  We do not accept responsibility for return postage costs or items lost or damaged in transit to us or in any other circumstances beyond our control, except at our discretion.
• Size exchanges: If you require a differently sized product simply return your unopened purchases to us within 28 days of receipt. We will then dispatch the new sized product straight away. A re-delivery charge (at our standard rates) will apply.
• Cancellations: You can cancel an order by emailing orders@ecoflow.com quoting your order number. If you have already been sent an email confirming despatch, it will not be possible to cancel your order. If your goods have been despatched, please return your purchases to us within 7 days to the returns address above.

We have a 12 month guarantee against faulty parts and workmanship on all of our magnetic products, please note proof of purchase is necessary. The properties of our magnets are guaranteed for life.
